Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
You may be eligible to return or exchange a product if:
- The item is unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging
- The request is made within 2 days of receiving the product
- You have a valid proof of purchase (invoice or receipt)
- The product is not listed as non-returnable or final sale
Non-returnable items include:
- Custom-ordered parts
- Electrical components (unless defective)
- Installed or used car parts
Return and Exchange Process
To request a return or exchange:

- Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.
- Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
- Ship the item back to our return address.
- After inspection, we will process your refund, exchange, or store credit.
- We accept return in 2 working days.
Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within [5–10 business days]
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
- For exchanges, we will ship the replacement once the return is received and verified
Shipping policy
If you received a defective, damaged and replacement product item:
- All products will be delivered in 5 to 7 working days.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you received a defective, damaged and replacement product item:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share clear photos or videos of the damage
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund, as applicable
- Damage, defective & replacement product will be delivered in 5 to 7 working days.
Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped or before service work begins
- For services, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment to avoid charges
